CITY OF MILLVILLE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF CITY SURPLUS PROPERTY

AND IMPOUNDED VEHICLES

The City of Millville will be conducting a Public Sale of Surplus and Impounded Property. Items will be sold on-line through Municibid.com from Monday, October 3, 2022 through Tuesday, October 11, 2022.  Surplus property can be viewed directly at www.municibid.com. Pre-register at www.municibid.com if you wish to participate in the auction.

All sales are final “As Is” and “Where Is”, and payment must be received within 5 business days of the sale closing date.  Surplus Property must be picked up within 10 business days of the sale closing date.  The terms and conditions of sale will be specified in the on-line listing. All items may be inspected at a location and time specified on-line in the item description.

Notice is hereby given that the Budget and Tax Resolution was approved by the City Commission of the

City of Millville, County of Cumberland, on March 15, 2022.

A hearing on the Budget and Tax Resolution will be held at the City Hall on April 19, 2022 at 7:00 pm at which

time and place objections to the Budget and Tax Resolution for the year 2022 may be presented by taxpayers

or other interested persons.  Should access to City Hall remain restricted due to the COVID-19 virus, the budget adoption and public hearing will be held via electronic methods and the City will post information on how the public

can access the meeting on the City’s website at www.millvillenj.gov.

Copies of the budget are available in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 12 N. High Street, Millville, NJ (856) 825-7000 during the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.  Should the COVID-19 Pandemic restrict access to the Municipal Building, any member of the general public can obtain copies of the Budget by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at (856) 825-7000 Ext. 7603 or by accessing the City’s website at www.millvillenj.org.
