(1) Preparation of the Six Month Deviation Report (due July 30, 2022} and the Combined Annual Compliance Certification and second Six Month Deviation Report (due January 30, 2023) in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00. 
(2) A minor modification to the permit to incorporate the compost turner in an amount not to exceed $6,500.00.
