Bond Ordinance authorizing various roadway improvements and truck purchase, appropriating eight hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($825,000.00)  to pay the cost thereof, authorizing the issuance of seven hundred eighty-three thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($783,750.00) of bonds to finance the appropriation, and to provide for the issuance of bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds.
