LIPPINCOTT, STEPHEN BRYCE- 307 N 11TH ST - BLOCK 391 LOT 20- Mr. Lippincott is seeking a "C" Bulk Variance. Applicant is requesting rear yard setback relief of 8 feet. He has 27 feet and needs 35 feet to locate an addition to his home, where the new structure will be closer to the rear boundary than permitted by ordinance.
