Hours of Operation
 Monday through Saturday:

  • No holder of a club license or a plenary retail consumption license shall sell, serve, or deliver any alcoholic beverages for consumption on the licensed premises Monday through Saturday between the hours of 2 and 7 a.m.
  • No holder of a plenary retail consumption license or a plenary retail distribution license shall sell, distribute, or deliver spirited liquors in original containers (packaged goods) Monday through Saturday before 9 a.m. and after 10 p.m. The sale of wine and beer in original containers (packaged goods) is permitted at any time other than 2 to 7 a.m.

Sunday:

  • No holder of a club license or a plenary retail consumption license shall sell, serve, or deliver any alcoholic beverages for consumption on the licensed premises on Sunday between the hours of 2 a.m. and noon.
  • No holder of a plenary retail consumption license or a plenary retail distribution license shall sell, distribute or deliver spirited liquors in original containers (packaged goods) on Sunday before noon and after 10 p.m. The sale of wine and beer in original containers (packaged goods) is permitted at any time other than 2 a.m. to noon.
